Processing Time
Every order is roasted fresh after it’s placed – we don’t ship from pre-roasted inventory. However, in case you want for immediate consumption, you can send an email or whatsapp message to check availability of the required product/s. Please allow 1-3 business days for roasting and packing before your order is handed over for delivery. During high-demand periods (festive season, sales), processing may take slightly longer; we’ll let you know if there’s a significant delay.
Delivery Partner & Timelines
We ship all orders through Shiprocket/Delhivery/Shadowfax, working with their network of courier partners across India. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it in real time.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
